About Lindsey Newburn

As a third generation Real Estate Agent, born and raised in East Texas, Lindsey brings 12+ years of experience and a wealth of real estate knowledge to The Agency Tyler. Her specialty lies within the tall pines of East Texas farm and ranch properties, residential, rural undeveloped land, and residential developments from the ground up as Lindsey and her husband, Gary own an excavation company and pride themselves on being a “one-stop shop” for home builders and residential developers. She has won multiple top agent awards, and recognitions, and established herself as the go-to agent for buying, selling, and investing in her market area. Lindsey’s approach to real estate is focused on getting to know her clients' needs as real people and educating them on the buying and selling process so they know exactly what to expect from beginning to end and beyond the closing table.

 

Outside of real estate, Lindsey thoroughly enjoys spending time with her husband outdoors. Whether it’s traveling, spending time anywhere that involves a large body of water and sunshine, or going to TX country music festivals. Otherwise, her guilty pleasure is watching reality TV, listening to a suspenseful true crime podcast while floating in the pool, and making playlists for any and every occasion.
